End of school year

Hitchcock Study Trip - Wednesday, May 17

• Please return the study trip note by Monday.
• We are still in need of a couple of chaperones
• Students will carry lunches in their backpacks during the field trip
• Dress for the weather and wear comfortable hiking shoes. 
• Apply sunscreen and/or bug spray before coming to school  
• Buses will leave at 9:15 AM and return at 1:30 PM  

Buddy Fun Day - Friday, May 19

• We are still in need of volunteers to help with stations from 12:00-1:15
• Please email if you are able to volunteer
• Wear PE shoes!!

Last Week of School:
Monday:   NO SCHOOL
Tuesday:  Beach Day - bring a beach towel, sunglasses, and your favorite book to read at the beach.  
Wednesday:  Outdoor games and cookout

• We will play games outside from 10-11 and eat lunch outside  
• Parents are welcome to join us for games and lunch  - please send me an email if you plan to attend
• The cost of lunch is $3.55 for adults and $2.70 per additional child (grilled hot dogs, goldfish crackers, veggies, and ice cream bar.) 

Thursday - Pizza/Cupcake Party
Friday - Movie and Memories  

Thank you for an AMAZING school year.  I have enjoyed each and every one of you and your children.  I am so pleased with the academic and social/emotional growth this year.  It has been a very rewarding school year.
